Correlation Among Organizational Culture, Fatigue for Infection Control, and Infection Control Compliance of COVID-19 Among Emergency Nurses

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels and relationship emergency nurses’ organizational culture fatigue for infection control, control compliance COVID-19. Methods: Data collected from 114 nurses caring patients suspected COVID-19 at two medical centers in Gyeonggi-do Seoul June 18-July 23, 2021.
